D'Nest (鸣翠苑) is a 912-unit condominium at Pasir Ris Grove, jointly developed by City Developments Limited (CDL), Hong Leong Holdings Limited and Hong Realty (Private) Limited. It stands on a site of 41,275 square metres held on a 99-year lease. Its 12 blocks rise 11 to 13 storeys and hold one- to five-bedroom apartments and penthouses. CDL reported that Phase 1 received its TOP in July 2017 and Phase 2 in October 2017.
Design and facilities
D'Nest was designed by Architects 61 around what CDL called a "Green Habitat" concept, taking the idea of a nest as its theme. Rather than one clubhouse it has three, the Recreation Nest, the Gathering Nest and the Music Nest, intended to encourage residents to mix. Facilities named at launch include a 50-metre lap pool, an aqua gym, spa beds, a water cascade, a spa sanctuary and a children's water-play pool. Sky terraces add greenery to the development.
Rooftop solar panels
D'Nest entered the Singapore Book of Records for the "Largest Solar Panels In A Condominium". CDL described 1,520 square metres of panels on the roofs, rated at up to 217 kWp, to offset most of the electricity used by common areas such as car parks, escape staircases and lobbies; lifts stay on grid power. The development is rated BCA Green Mark GoldPlus. Other features CDL listed include rainwater collection for landscape irrigation, natural ventilation and daylighting in lift lobbies and corridors, energy-efficient air-conditioning, and electric vehicle charging points.
Management
The estate is run by MCST 4596, with Newman SRE Pte Ltd as managing agent. The blocks are numbered 127 to 149 Pasir Ris Grove, and the management office is at 137 Pasir Ris Grove #B1-34, Singapore 518133.
