Development background
Eco Sanctuary is a 483-home condominium on Chestnut Avenue, developed by S P Setia. It was the group’s second residential development in Singapore after 18 Woodsville. Contractor Tiong Seng lists Eco Sanctuary among its residential projects completed in 2016.
