The site
In September 2017, TEE Land announced that it had agreed to buy six freehold plots at 1 and 1A to 1E Seraya Crescent from their owners for S$25.74 million, to build residential apartments (SGX announcement, September 2017). TEE Land was later renamed Amcorp Global.
Launch and completion
EdgeProp reported that the five-storey development was launched in June 2019, when 15 of its 48 homes were sold over the preview weekend (EdgeProp, June 2019).
Amcorp Global's annual reports record that the project was fully sold in the year to March 2022, obtained its Temporary Occupation Permit in January 2023, and was handed over to buyers in February 2023 (Amcorp Global Annual Report 2023).
