The developer
In its 2021 annual report, Gamuda Berhad presented OLÁ as following its maiden project in Singapore, GEM Residences, a Green Mark-certified condominium. The report states that OLÁ was launched in mid-March 2020.

Gamuda Land lists a full suite of condominium facilities, including a 50-metre lap pool, a tennis court, a gymnasium, a spa forest, dining pavilions and landscaped communal spaces.

HDB's list of Temporary Occupation Permit (TOP) dates for executive condominiums gives 29 April 2024 for Ola at Anchorvale Crescent.
