Parc Life is an executive condominium of 628 homes at Sembawang Crescent. It is managed as MCST 4602.
The land sale
In July 2014, Keong Hong Holdings announced that HDB had awarded a 99-year executive condominium site at Sembawang Avenue, of about 22,190 sq m, jointly to its subsidiary and to Frasers Centrepoint, for S$214.08 million (SGX announcement, July 2014).
Development
The developers' launch release in April 2016 described 628 homes in 11 blocks of 15 and 16 storeys, from two to five bedrooms. It also described a side gate opening onto the neighbouring Canberra Park and a 50-metre pool overlooking the park (Frasers Centrepoint and Keong Hong, April 2016). These describe the original design intent. Keong Hong was also the main contractor.
Keong Hong reported that Parc Life obtained its Temporary Occupation Permit on 29 March 2018 (Keong Hong, May 2018).
An executive condominium
