Development and construction

In August 2014, Keong Hong Holdings announced that its subsidiary Keong Hong Construction had been awarded the building works for the project, on Lot 2596W MK 21 at Edgedale Plains / Punggol Central, by MKH (Punggol) Pte. Ltd. Keong Hong's investor presentations list The Amore among its joint-venture residential developments, with Master Contract Services Pte Ltd and JBE Holdings Pte Ltd as its partners, and state that the group was the main contractor for those developments. Its 2015 annual report describes The Amore as a 17-storey, 378-unit project. Keong Hong later reported that The Amore obtained its TOP in November 2016.

The estate is run by MCST 4535, with Ocean IFM Pte. Ltd. as managing agent. BCA's register of management corporations records the management corporation, UEN T17MC0053C, as formed on 5 July 2017, with 378 strata lots.
