The Criterion (顶秀苑) is an executive condominium (EC) at Yishun Street 51, developed by City Developments Limited (CDL) and TID Pte. Ltd. It comprises 505 units in ten 13-storey blocks, on a site of 17,940 square metres held on a 99-year lease. CDL reported that the project obtained its TOP in February 2018.
Layout and homes
The blocks were planned so that most units face north or south. Units range from two-bedroom apartments of 700 sq ft to penthouses of 1,636 sq ft. With 58 facilities, CDL described The Criterion at its 2015 launch as one of the ECs offering the most facilities.
Firsts for an executive condominium
Three features were presented by CDL as firsts for an EC:
- a Panasonic inverter air-conditioning system with a nanoe-G air-purifying function, in every unit;
- a microbubble hydrotherapy spa;
- electric bicycles with a solar charging station.
Recognition
The Criterion is rated BCA Green Mark GoldPlus (BCA Awards 2017) and received a Singapore Good Design Mark (SG Mark) Award in 2016.

The estate is run by MCST 4635, with Ohmyhome Property Management Pte Ltd as managing agent.
