Design and facilities
According to the developer, the site was inspired by the florets of the Jovellana flower and unfolds like an island resort with greenery. A continuous 200-metre-long waterscape, which Hong Leong likened to the length of four Olympic-sized pools, meanders through the development. Amenities named at the preview include a clubhouse, a tennis court, a putting green, lounge pavilions, fitness stations, reading pods, a children's play area and a stone alcove with hot and cold Jacuzzis.
Homes
The Jovell has one- to four-bedroom apartments, from 441 sq ft for a one-bedroom to 1,270 sq ft for a four-bedroom. The one- and two-bedroom units were planned with an alcove for work or study. Show suites opened for preview on 15 September 2018, and the launch was set for 29 September 2018.
The Flora Drive enclave
The Jovell belongs to an enclave of residential projects by Tripartite Developers along Flora Drive. Hong Leong lists Azalea Park, Ballota Park, Carissa Park, Dahlia Park, Edelweiss Park, Ferraria Park, The Gale, Hedges Park and The Inflora among them.
