The land sale
URA's record of sites sold shows that the residential site at Boon Lay Way and Lakeside Drive, of about 16,117 sq m, was awarded in May 2010 to Keppel Land (Mayfair) for S$302.98 million, after a tender that drew 14 bids (URA, via data.gov.sg).
Development
The main contractor, Woh Hup, names MKPL Architects as the architect and describes a development of one- to four-bedroom apartments and penthouses in the Jurong Lake District, which it calls an emerging lakeside commercial and leisure hub. It lists a BCA Green Mark Gold award in 2012 and a BCA Construction Excellence Award in 2016 for the project (Woh Hup).
Keppel lists The Lakefront Residences among its fully sold past projects, completed in 2014 (Keppel).
