The Santorini is a 597-unit condominium on Tampines Street 86, developed by MCC Land (Singapore) Pte Ltd. The developer gives its tenure as a 99-year leasehold and its land area as 17,102.9 square metres.
Design
The development takes its theme from the Greek islands: MCC Land describes it as inspired by their clear blue seas and romance. Its entrance, the Aegean Arrival, has a water wall that cascades onto Greek boulders. The developer's description of the project names 15-storey residential buildings with a swimming pool, ancillary facilities and two levels of landscape deck car park. MCC Singapore later referred to The Santorini as its Greek island-inspired condominium, followed by the Swiss Alps-inspired The Alps Residence.
