A Punggol Walk development completed in 2015

Twin Waterfalls is a 728-home development on Punggol Walk, originally launched as an executive condominium by Frasers Centrepoint and Keong Hong Construction. A later developer release records completion in June 2015.

It is separate from Twin Fountains, the similarly named development in Woodlands. The Punggol Walk address is the useful distinction when arranging a viewing or comparing older project material.

Twelve towers and a range of home types

Keong Hong's 2012 launch release describes twelve 17-storey towers. The original apartment mix included three- and four-bedroom homes, dual-key units and penthouses. It also introduced a wide-frontage layout concept that connected living, dining and kitchen areas with the balcony.

That concept does not describe every apartment in the same way. Review the actual floor plan and inspect its circulation, room sizes and outdoor space. If a unit is described as dual-key, establish its approved configuration and entrances from the relevant documents.

The cascading landscape and shared facilities

The paired waterfalls give the estate its name and are a central feature of Frasers Property's project description. They descend from planted terraces within the communal landscape. The developer also lists a 50-metre lap pool, gym, fitness areas, tennis courts, a clubhouse and barbecue provision.

The launch account describes the multi-storey carpark as part of the landscaping, with planted terraces and garden spaces above it. This makes the relationship between parking, recreation levels and the chosen residential block a useful part of an on-site walk.

Check the current state of the water features and the facilities you expect to use, along with booking rules and any maintenance closures. Original project specifications establish the design programme; management can confirm present arrangements.

Punggol's wider waterway setting

Punggol Waterway Park provides public outdoor space beyond the estate. NParks describes four themed areas and its position on the North Eastern Riverine Loop. The park combines recreation with reminders of the area's history, including a preserved stretch of old Punggol Road and bus stop, and the fishing-platform-inspired Kelong Bridge.

These public routes are distinct from the condominium's pools and planted terraces. Plan a walk or cycle ride from the relevant estate exit to a suitable park access point; the development name does not imply direct waterway frontage or a private park entrance.

Before buying or renting

Confirm the Punggol Walk block and unit, current maintenance charges and parking arrangements. Inspect the home separately from the communal grounds, and ask about move-in procedures and planned common-property works. Verify any transaction-specific requirements using the current property documents rather than the original EC launch advertisement.
