West Connect Building is a nine-storey, ramp-up industrial development at Buroh Street in western Singapore. Its multi-user layout brings separate industrial premises into one building, with vehicle access forming an important part of the original development concept.

Industrial development background

ZACD’s project profile describes a B2 industrial development on a 27,400-square-metre site with a 30-year lease. It lists 383 units and one ancillary canteen separately. The canteen is a supporting component of the development, rather than an additional factory unit.

JTC’s second-quarter 2014 industrial property report identifies Publique Realty (Jurong) Pte Ltd as the developer. The later Knight Frank market study in Sabana REIT’s 2016 annual report lists West Connect Building among factory completions in the second quarter of 2016. This provides completion evidence separate from the earlier development timetable.

Planning a delivery or site visit

The ramp-up design is relevant when arranging deliveries, but a general project description does not establish the access conditions for a particular vehicle and unit. Before sending a truck, confirm the destination unit, vehicle dimensions, loading arrangements and any booking requirements with the occupier and building management.

Use the West Connect Building management office page for management information. For a business appointment, obtain the occupier’s full unit number directly; the management office’s address is a separate destination.
